Tina and Richard purchased two properties from myself. They made the whole process very easy. We agreed a price with no hassle and agreed to complete the purchases when I was ready. It was a relief to know we could complete the purchases and that they would not fall through because of broken chains or people changing their minds. 
I also really appreciate Richard and Tina sorting my out of date EPCs. They communicated with me regularly throughout as I was a little overwhelmed about selling my properties, but Tina explained everything clearly and listened to my situation.
